REFUND POLICY

  1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Due to the nature of our haircare and personal hygiene products, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used items.

However, if you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will review your case individually.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund or assistance, please contact us at support@veleira.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your request

  • Photos if applicable

Our customer service team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

  1. REFUND PROCESS

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  1. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please check your bank account again and contact your bank or card provider, as some refunds may take additional time to appear.

  1. SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds. Sale items and items purchased using discount codes of 30% or more are non-refundable.

  1. REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need assistance regarding a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@veleira.com.

  1. RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not require physical returns of products.

However, we reserve the right to request additional information or photo evidence in order to review any refund or replacement request.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@veleira.com including a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost when applicable.
